IMA Academy of Medical Specialities Trivandrum Chapter in association with Indian Radiological and Imaging Association, TVM city chapter, conducted one-day workshop on Basic Radiology For Clinicians and Post-Graduates on Feb. 5, 2023, at IMA branch hall from 9 am.
The inaugural function was at 10:15 am, presided by IMA Trivandrum branch president Dr. GS Vijayakrishnan. Dr. Pradeep Kidangoor, Chairman, AMS Trivandrum chapter, welcomed the gathering. Dr. Harikumaran Nair, President, Kerala Medical Council, Dean, Faculty of Medicine, KUHAS and Professor of Radiology, Shri Gokulam Medical College, inaugurated the workshop. Dr R C Sreekumar, Chairman IMA AMS Kerala State,Dr. Manoj T Pillai, President, IRIA, Trivandrum city chapter, spoke on the occasion. The vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Anand Marthanda Pillai.
Dr. Laly Alex, Professor and HOD, Department of Radio Diagnosis, Dr SMCSI, Medical College, Karakonam and Dr. Arun Mohan, Consultant Radiologist, SUT Hospital, Pattom, were the coordinators. They deserve special kudos for selection of excellent topics and speakers.

The workshop got over at 3:30 pm. Participation certificates were distributed. The workshop was accredited by Kerala State Medical Council with a CME credit of 1.5 hrs. It was an academic feast.
